IDR is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will drive measurement, optimization, and investment strategy across enterprise paid media channels while partnering closely with a paid media agency and internal stakeholders. This is an analytics-forward position within a large-scale marketing organization, focused on translating performance insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Position Overview for the Paid Media Manager:
- Lead measurement, performance evaluation, and optimization strategy across enterprise paid media channels
- Partner with the paid media agency to guide reporting, identify performance gaps, and prioritize optimization opportunities
- Translate marketing analytics into data-backed recommendations that influence media investment and allocation decisions
- Leverage Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) insights to improve overall marketing effectiveness and omni-channel performance
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
Requirements for the Paid Media Manager:
- 7–10 years of paid media strategy experience with a strong focus on measurement and performance optimization
- Proven ability to use marketing analytics and performance reporting to influence media investment decisions
- Hands-on experience leveraging Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to guide budget allocation and improve outcomes
- Experience developing omni-channel media strategy and optimizing investment across multiple paid media channels
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including experience partnering with paid media agencies and presenting recommendations
