IDR is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Austin, TX.
This role involves leading full life-cycle technical recruiting efforts within the MedTech industry, focusing on highly specialized roles in robotics. As part of a global talent acquisition team, you'll work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top technical talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Position Overview for the Senior Technical Recruiter:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
- Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with company standards and culture.
- Guide managers and candidates through interview phases, managing offers and negotiations effectively.
Requirements for the Senior Technical Recruiter:
- 6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Recruiter
- 3+ years of experience working on technical positions
- Experience as a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes
- Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
