Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, maintain, and evolve enterprise data architecture across complex, global environments. This role will help ensure data is structured, integrated, governed, and scalable across business domains, data products, and technology platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, modern data platform design, data integration, and data governance, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable architecture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and evolve enterprise data architectures that support complex business and technology environments.
Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business and technical requirements.
Define architecture patterns and solutions for modern data platforms, data products, and reusable data assets.
Design data integration strategies and architectures across diverse systems, platforms, and business domains.
Establish and promote data architecture frameworks, standards, principles, and technical guardrails.
Define approaches for data governance, metadata management, data lineage, traceability, and data quality.
Analyze data structures, data flows, dependencies, and data lifecycles to support scalable and sustainable solutions.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical architecture.
Identify architecture risks, dependencies, and opportunities and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Support enterprise digital and data transformation initiatives.
Collaborate across functional domains and technology teams to drive consistency and alignment in data architecture.
Help establish and maintain architecture practices that promote data quality, usability, security, governance, and long-term scalability.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in enterprise data architecture.
Demonstrated expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
Experience designing and implementing modern data platform architectures.
Strong knowledge of data integration architecture and patterns.
Experience with data products and reusable data assets.
Deep understanding of data structures, data flows, and data lifecycle management.
Experience with metadata management, data lineage, and data traceability.
Strong understanding of data quality concepts, practices, and controls.
Knowledge of data governance principles, frameworks, and controls.
Experience defining and implementing data architecture standards, frameworks, and guardrails.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within global enterprise data environments.
Experience supporting functional data domains and domain-oriented data architecture.
Experience with data product architecture.
Knowledge of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience identifying and mitigating architecture risks.
Experience supporting enterprise digital and data transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across business, data, and technology teams.
