IDR is seeking a Epic Care Companion Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves designing, configuring, and supporting Epic Care Companion workflows within a healthcare organization, focusing on improving patient engagement across various patient populations.

Position Overview for the Epic Care Companion Analyst:

• Seeking experienced Epic Care Companion Analysts to design, configure, implement, and support Care Companion workflows for different patient populations.
• Candidates must have an active Epic MyChart or Ambulatory certification and hands-on experience building and supporting Epic Care Companion.
• This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a healthcare setting specializing in patient engagement solutions and workflow optimization.
• The role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals and technical teams to ensure effective workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ideal candidates will have background supporting multiple patient populations such as pregnancy, chronic disease, and surgical care.

Requirements for the Epic Care Companion Analyst:

• Active Epic MyChart or Ambulatory certification
• 2–3+ years of hands-on Epic build experience
• Hands-on Epic Care Companion configuration experience
• Experience configuring care plans, task lists, educational materials, and reminders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
