IDR is seeking a Epic Care Companion Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves designing, configuring, and supporting Epic Care Companion workflows within a healthcare organization, focusing on improving patient engagement across various patient populations.
Position Overview for the Epic Care Companion Analyst:
- Seeking experienced Epic Care Companion Analysts to design, configure, implement, and support Care Companion workflows for different patient populations.
- Candidates must have an active Epic MyChart or Ambulatory certification and hands-on experience building and supporting Epic Care Companion.
- This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a healthcare setting specializing in patient engagement solutions and workflow optimization.
- The role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals and technical teams to ensure effective workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
- Ideal candidates will have background supporting multiple patient populations such as pregnancy, chronic disease, and surgical care.
Requirements for the Epic Care Companion Analyst:
- Active Epic MyChart or Ambulatory certification
- 2–3+ years of hands-on Epic build experience
- Hands-on Epic Care Companion configuration experience
- Experience configuring care plans, task lists, educational materials, and reminders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
