IDR is seeking a HR Contingent Worker Specialist to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of contingent workers, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and vendor coordination within a dynamic organization in the human resources industry.
Position Overview for the HR Contingent Worker Specialist:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of contingent workers across the organization.
- Ensure accurate administration of workforce data and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, legal partners, and external vendors.
- Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for contingent worker processes and systems.
- Support workforce utilization and governance through process optimization.
Requirements for the HR Contingent Worker Specialist:
- Two plus (2+) years of experience in Human Resources, Workforce Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing data-driven processes and sensitive information.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across departments.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
