IDR is seeking a Senior Manager of People Anaytics to join one of our top clients for an entirely remote opportunity. This role is within a large, global organization focused on HR and workforce data analytics, providing an exciting chance to influence strategic decision-making at an enterprise level.
Position Overview for the Senior Manager of People Anaytics:
- Lead and support the People Analytics function within HR
- Respond to high-level workforce data and analytics requests from the Executive Leadership Team
- Improve the speed and efficiency of delivering people data and insights to leadership
- Analyze complex workforce data and translate findings into clear, actionable information
- Develop reporting and analytics that support executive-level decision making
Requirements for the Senior Manager of People Anaytics:
- Senior-level People Analytics experience within a large enterprise organization
- Experience supporting organizations with a large employee population; experience around 20,000+ employees is highly relevant
- Strong background in HR/workforce analytics and reporting
- Experience handling complex and high-volume executive data requests
- Comfortable working directly with executive leadership / ELT-level stakeholders
