IDR is seeking a Senior Change Management Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bellevue, WA . In this role, you will build and scale a standardized change governance and readiness operating model that ensures DSP-facing changes impacting case support are truly launch-ready before going to production. This is an opportunity to partner with cross-functional stakeholders within a large, fast-moving operations and support environment to improve quality outcomes and reduce post-launch defects.

Position Overview for the Senior Change Management Program Manager:

Define and operationalize a strategic framework for Case Support Readiness and change prioritization across DSP programs
Design and implement a change prioritization model, including intake criteria, tiering, SLAs, and trade-off decisioning when demand exceeds capacity
Own the Case Support Readiness qualification “gate,” establishing pass/fail criteria and enforcing readiness as a mandatory launch requirement
Lead governance for case handling guidance (SOPs), including reviews, audits, quality rubric compliance, and cross-functional alignment
Provide executive-level visibility into change pipeline health, readiness compliance, risks, and opportunities for long-term operating model improvements

Requirements for the Senior Change Management Program Manager :

5+ years of program management experience with increasing scope, preferably in operations, support, or platform governance roles
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing standardized processes, qualification frameworks, or launch readiness mechanisms
Proven ability to manage high-volume operational pipelines, including prioritization and roadmap planning
Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences
