IDR is seeking a Change Management Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bellevue, WA . In this role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of a change management function, ensuring configuration changes are accurately prepared, tested, launched, and verified. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technology and support operations environment and enjoys partnering cross-functionally to keep customer support experiences running smoothly.

Position Overview for the Change Management Program Manager :

  • Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle for configuration changes impacting a case/support platform, from intake through post-launch verification.
  • Translate business requirements into implementation-ready configuration specifications and coordinate execution through ticketing workflows.
  • Execute thorough testing in pre-production environments, document results, and escalate defects with clear reproduction steps and impact.
  • Coordinate launch sequencing with technical teams and business stakeholders, then validate production performance and routing accuracy.
  • Maintain change trackers, standard operating procedures, and provide status reporting on pipeline health and delivery timelines.

Requirements for the Change Management Program Manager :

  • 3+ years of program management or operations experience, ideally within a technology or support operations environment
  • Experience managing configuration changes, deployments, or release management workflows with a strong focus on quality
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to drive zero-defect execution in operational processes
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as Salesforce, SIM, JIRA, or similar tools
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent change requests (10–15 at a time) while communicating clearly with cross-functional teams
