IDR is seeking a Tableau Training Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will lead training strategy and delivery for a large-scale Data & Analytics Transformation initiative within an enterprise environment. You’ll partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive Tableau adoption through impactful curriculum, hands-on learning, and user enablement.
Position Overview for the Tableau Training Lead:
- Own the end-to-end training strategy, curriculum, and delivery plan supporting a multi-year Data & Analytics Transformation program
- Build distinct learning paths for technical users (BI Engineers, developers, analysts) and business/end-user audiences
- Design and deliver Tableau training focused on development best practices, dashboard navigation, reporting, and self-service analytics
- Create reusable training materials including exercises, job aids, reference guides, demos, and documentation
- Coordinate training schedules with program releases and change management activities to ensure user readiness and adoption
Requirements for the Tableau Training Lead:
- 5+ years of hands-on Tableau experience, including training both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering Tableau training programs, curricula, and learning materials
- Strong instructional design skills with a working knowledge of adult learning principles and scenario-based training
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences
- Experience supporting enterprise technology, data/analytics, reporting, or transformation initiatives (including transitions from tools like Power BI)
