IDR is seeking a Tableau Training Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will lead training strategy and delivery for a large-scale Data & Analytics Transformation initiative within an enterprise environment. You’ll partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive Tableau adoption through impactful curriculum, hands-on learning, and user enablement.

Position Overview for the Tableau Training Lead:

Own the end-to-end training strategy, curriculum, and delivery plan supporting a multi-year Data & Analytics Transformation program
Build distinct learning paths for technical users (BI Engineers, developers, analysts) and business/end-user audiences
Design and deliver Tableau training focused on development best practices, dashboard navigation, reporting, and self-service analytics
Create reusable training materials including exercises, job aids, reference guides, demos, and documentation
Coordinate training schedules with program releases and change management activities to ensure user readiness and adoption

Requirements for the Tableau Training Lead:

5+ years of hands-on Tableau experience, including training both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering Tableau training programs, curricula, and learning materials
Strong instructional design skills with a working knowledge of adult learning principles and scenario-based training
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences
Experience supporting enterprise technology, data/analytics, reporting, or transformation initiatives (including transitions from tools like Power BI)
