IDR is seeking a SAP PaPM Consultant to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports a leading organization within a large-scale enterprise environment, helping modernize and optimize financial profitability and performance management capabilities. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP PaPM expertise, strong stakeholder partnership skills, and the ability to translate complex finance needs into scalable SAP solutions.
Position Overview for the SAP PaPM Consultant:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions
- Gather requirements and translate complex financial and performance management needs into technical solution designs
- Configure and enhance PaPM models to improve profitability reporting, performance insights, and operational decision-making
- Integrate PaPM with SAP BW/BI and related SAP data environments to ensure reliable, scalable data flows
- Provide functional and technical leadership, troubleshooting and optimizing existing PaPM capabilities across stakeholders
Requirements for the SAP PaPM Consultant:
- 10+ years of SAP experience with hands-on SAP PaPM expertise
- Proven experience implementing and configuring SAP PaPM solutions in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, profitability management, and performance modeling concepts
- Experience with SAP BW/BI and SAP data consulting across enterprise SAP landscapes
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead requirements gathering and solution design
