IDR is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll build, enhance, and support enterprise Workday HR integrations that enable critical HR and business processes. This opportunity is with an industry-leading organization that values collaboration, technical excellence, and reliable integration performance.
Position Overview for the Workday Integration Developer:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Workday HR integrations across multiple endpoints and platforms
- Build and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors in a hands-on development capacity
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable fixes
- Support integration testing, production deployments, and ongoing monitoring to ensure stable performance
- Partner with HR, technical, and business stakeholders while independently managing assigned integration work
Requirements for the Workday Integration Developer:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HR integration development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Studio
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core Connectors
- Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
