IDR is seeking a Smartsheet Functional/Technical Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll help design and optimize Smartsheet-based solutions that improve project visibility, streamline operational tracking, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders within a public sector project environment to build dashboards, automate workflows, and drive user adoption.
Position Overview for the Smartsheet Functional/Technical Analyst:
- Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions supporting project planning, resource management, and operational tracking
- Develop and manage project work plans, dashboards, reports, and automated workflows in Smartsheet
- Create reporting solutions that provide insights into project health, progress, and key performance metrics
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity while supporting ongoing data management and analysis activities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend process improvements, provide training, and support adoption
Requirements for the Smartsheet Functional/Technical Analyst:
- Advanced experience with Smartsheet configuration and administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with reporting and dashboard development
- Knowledge of data management and analysis with a focus on accuracy and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting change management and user adoption
