IDR is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves sourcing highly technical and regulated environment candidates, supporting a structured hiring process in a collaborative team setting. The company is a leader in scientific and advanced R&D industries, prioritizing compliance and precision in talent acquisition.
Position Overview for the Talent Sourcer:

Strictly sourcing candidates for highly technical roles within a regulated environment, including government, defense, healthcare, or financial services.
Supporting structured hiring processes in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.
Engaging with hiring managers and candidates via video calls to ensure clear communication.
Prioritizing organization and documentation within ATS systems to maintain audit readiness.
Providing support for niche scientific and research roles, with a preference for those experienced in quantum, physics, or advanced R&D work.
Requirements for the Talent Sourcer:
- 3+ years of sourcing experience (corporate or agency)
- Experience recruiting in a regulated environment (e.g., government, defense, healthcare, financial services, etc.)
- GovCon recruiting exposure (cleared or non-cleared) and comfort navigating structured hiring processes
- Working knowledge of OFCCP / compliance-minded recruiting practices (documentation, dispositioning, audit readiness)
- Comfortable being on camera for screens, hiring manager meetings, and candidate interviews
