IDR is seeking a HR Shared Service Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This role involves supporting HR operations within a dynamic corporate environment, focusing on employee lifecycle processes and internalHR service delivery. The company is a leader in its industry, committed to operational excellence and employee support.

Position Overview for the HR Shared Service Specialist:

• Manage employee and manager HR questions through an HR ticketing portal.
• Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, I-9 verification, benefits administration, HRIS updates, and offboarding.
• Troubleshoot HR issues and determine when to escalate them.
• Maintain HR knowledge articles and internal documentation.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless HR support.

Requirements for the HR Shared Service Specialist:

• 2-5+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.
• Strong experience with: Benefits, Onboarding, I-9 verification, Offboarding.
• Experience using HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, etc.).
• Experience responding to employee HR inquiries or managing HR cases/tickets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
