IDR is seeking a HR Shared Service Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This role involves supporting HR operations within a dynamic corporate environment, focusing on employee lifecycle processes and internalHR service delivery. The company is a leader in its industry, committed to operational excellence and employee support.
Position Overview for the HR Shared Service Specialist:
- Manage employee and manager HR questions through an HR ticketing portal.
- Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, I-9 verification, benefits administration, HRIS updates, and offboarding.
- Troubleshoot HR issues and determine when to escalate them.
- Maintain HR knowledge articles and internal documentation.
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless HR support.
Requirements for the HR Shared Service Specialist:
- 2-5+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.
- Strong experience with: Benefits, Onboarding, I-9 verification, Offboarding.
- Experience using HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, etc.).
- Experience responding to employee HR inquiries or managing HR cases/tickets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
