IDR is seeking an AI Business Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the training and development of FP&A teams on AI-enabled tools and automation platforms, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency in a dynamic industry.
Position Overview for the AI Business Lead:
- Develop and deliver training, workshops, and job aids for Power Automate, Databricks, AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for users adopting AI and automation capabilities.
- Partner with FP&A, technology, and business teams to identify and prioritize high-value automation and AI use cases.
- Assist in designing, building, testing, documenting, and deploying AI-driven solutions and reusable automation components.
- Promote responsible AI and automation practices including governance, data privacy, and security.
Requirements for the AI Business Lead:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience developing or enabling automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Power Platform, or similar workflow technologies.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, generative AI use cases, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with Databricks, data lakes, data pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
- Proven experience in gathering business requirements, creating solution designs, and supporting implementation across multiple stakeholder groups.
