IDR is seeking a GRC Implementation Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an remote opportunity. This role involves managing the implementation of enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery through effective stakeholder communication. The position offers flexible part-time remote work and is ideal for candidates with experience in enterprise software implementations within compliance or risk environments.

Position Overview for the GRC Implementation Project Manager:

  • Lead day-to-day project management activities for the implementation of the SmartSuite Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple implementation phases.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Compliance, IT, and business teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability by following up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines, escalating concerns proactively to leadership as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders and the internal technical implementation team.
  • Track progress across multiple SmartSuite modules to ensure successful phased deployments.
  • Partner closely with Compliance leadership to prioritize initiatives and maintain alignment with business goals.
  • Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive communications to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is organized, current, and easily accessible throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Promote collaboration, maintain project momentum, and help remove obstacles that could impact project success.
  • Apply strong project management best practices while supporting change management and stakeholder adoption efforts.

Requirements for the GRC Implementation Project Manager:

  • 5-8 years of project management experience, particularly in enterprise software implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC or compliance risk platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with GRC technology, compliance, risk management, or governance environments.
  • Agile, personable, and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in dynamic settings.

The Compensation Range (based on experience) for this role is $115,500 – 145,000/year
