IDR is seeking a Product Manager, Retail Media to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Tennessee. This role offers a unique chance to lead strategic initiatives within the retail media space at a rapidly growing company. The organization operates within the retail and advertising technology industry and is focused on innovation and revenue growth.

Position Overview for the Product Manager, Retail Media:

  • Lead the development and execution of the onsite product strategy for the retail media network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, ad operations, marketing, and merchants to drive revenue growth and differentiation.
  • Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap, translating business goals into actionable plans.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative ad solutions that optimize revenue.
  • Manage both strategic planning and tactical execution to meet ambitious growth targets, including scaling the retail media revenue by 6X.

Requirements for the Product Manager, Retail Media:

  • 5-7 years of Product Management experience, preferably in retail or advertising environments.
  • Proven experience with modern software development practices and agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience conducting user research and competitive analysis.
