IDR is seeking a Technical Support Engineer – Integrations to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Clara, California. This role involves providing technical support for complex electro/mechanical equipment, software, and networked systems within a technology-driven environment. The company is a leader in innovating integrated solutions across various technical domains, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.

Position Overview for the Technical Support Engineer – Integrations:

Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electronic and software systems.
Respond to situations where first-line support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering teams for resolution.
Analyze technical data to identify potential causes of issues and involve relevant teams to resolve complex problems.
Develop an understanding of the company platform, cloud technologies, and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful issue resolution.

Requirements for the Technical Support Engineer – Integrations:

Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, or other authentication/user management systems
Understanding of Email troubleshooting (e.g., Office 365, Exchange)
Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, REST)
Working knowledge of network troubleshooting (e.g., Ping, Telnet)
Hands-on experience with bi-directional integrations between systems and scripting languages such as JavaScript
