Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Compensation Systems Analyst:
Manage and support the daily operations of the Xactly Incent platform, including configuration and maintenance to align with evolving compensation plans and organizational changes.
Ensure data integrity by monitoring system performance, auditing data quality, and troubleshooting issues affecting incentive calculations and payouts.
Provide comprehensive end-user support, addressing system and data-related inquiries, and assist in testing and implementing new compensation plans and system enhancements.
Maintain detailed process documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate data between Xactly and other systems such as Workday and Mission.
Required Skills for Compensation Systems Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience with Xactly Incent or a similar compensation platform.
Strong understanding of incentive compensation models and data governance.
Proficiency in managing large datasets, including data validation and reconciliation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
