IDR is seeking a IT Systems Analyst 3 to join one of our top clients. This role is perfect for a candidate with a strong background in end-user support, system troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure maintenance. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality technical assistance to its users.

Position Overview for the IT Systems Analyst 3:

Responds to user inquiries and provides timely technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop system health and security
Installs, configures, and updates desktop operating systems, applications, and peripherals
Collaborates with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and contribute to IT strategy
Maintains accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and hardware/software inventory

Requirements for the IT Systems Analyst 3:

Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and/or relevant experience
5+ years of enterprise-level desktop support experience
Experience in complex system implementations or upgrades
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex, high-impact issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
