IDR is seeking a Developer Support to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Redwood City, California. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys supporting internal developers, improving platform reliability, and helping teams adopt emerging AI tools in a practical way. You’ll join an innovative organization in the gaming and technology space that is focused on building scalable internal solutions and enhancing developer productivity.

Position Overview for the Developer Support:

• Provide frontline support for internal AI tools and APIs by troubleshooting issues, triaging requests, and helping users resolve technical challenges.
• Support the operation and maintenance of internal AI services to ensure reliability, uptime, and a strong developer experience.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to improve platform usability, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as usage guides, FAQs, and runbooks to support efficient adoption and issue resolution.
• Identify recurring support needs and help build automation, tooling, and workflow improvements to reduce manual effort.

Requirements for the Developer Support:

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience working with APIs, debugging services, and supporting production systems in a cloud-based environment.
• Familiarity with service monitoring, automation, and foundational DevOps or operational support practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with a customer-focused approach to supporting internal users.
