IDR is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst – Reporting Support – HCM to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role offers the chance to work within a leading organization in the HR technology space, focusing on system optimization and cross-functional initiatives that enhance HR operations.
Position Overview for the Sr. HRIS Analyst – Reporting Support – HCM:
- Serve as a strategic and technical lead for HR systems, driving system optimization, complex configurations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS modules such as Core HR & Benefits, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of complex HRIS solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage system troubleshooting, integrations, and partner with IT on interface design and monitoring.
- Provide advanced reporting, insights, and data governance practices to support decision-making across the organization.
Requirements for the Sr. HRIS Analyst – Reporting Support – HCM:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems or related field
- Analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring programming skills, mathematical or technical principles, and in-depth, experienced-based cross-functional knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, facilitating group information needs and translating those needs into specifications that outline data system requirements
- Familiarity with information system capabilities, trends, HR Data, reporting and system configuration
- Knowledge to read and write SQL, Visual Basic, and PeopleCode
