IDR is seeking a AI Product Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves managing high-priority AI products within the areas of People Services and Finance/Procurement, focusing on delivering scalable and compliant AI solutions that generate measurable business value.
Position Overview for the AI Product Manager:
- Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of two AI initiatives focused on sourcing and supplier spend intelligence.
- Collaborate across business and technology teams to develop scalable, compliant AI products.
- Support enterprise workflows with AI/ML models, ensuring performance, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, especially within healthcare, HR, and procurement processes.
- Manage the product lifecycle from inception through deployment, emphasizing AI safety and regulatory compliance.
Requirements for the AI Product Manager:
- 8+ years of product management or related technical experience, with 3+ years in a Product Manager role.
- 3+ years of Agile product development experience.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and model lifecycle considerations (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of AI, HIPAA, and healthcare privacy safeguards.
