Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Procurement Specialist:

• Lead the execution of the Supplier Diversity Strategic Plan, driving continuous improvement in program initiatives. • Engage with diverse businesses and advocacy partners to foster strong supplier relationships. • Manage and analyze Tier 1 and Tier 2 program reporting, ensuring data integrity and providing insights. • Support regulatory and compliance activities, including SBA reporting and subcontracting plans. • Serve as the system lead for the supplier portal, maintaining accurate supplier diversity classifications.

Required Skills for Procurement Specialist:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier diversity, procurement, or supply chain. • Proficiency in SBA reporting and understanding of federal supplier diversity requirements. • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) principles. • Advanced skills in Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
