IDR is seeking a Marketing Workflow Platform Specialist (Asana) to join an opportunity in New York City, NY. This role involves supporting and managing the backend architecture of a key project management platform used across the marketing organization. Position Overview for the Marketing Workflow Platform Specialist (Asana):
- Manage the backend and administrative components of the platform, including automation rules, custom fields, intake forms, and task templates
- Oversee platform architecture and structure for multiple marketing teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and taxonomy
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain platform hygiene, consistency, and automation validation
- Support ad hoc platform requests, ensuring adherence to governance and best practices
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for platform setup, automation, and reporting functions
Requirements for the Marketing Workflow Platform Specialist (Asana):
- Admin/backend experience with Asana or similar workflow management tool (Monday, ClickUp, Trello, Workfront, etc.) required
- Comfortable setting up and managing platform features such as fields, automation, intake forms, and reporting dashboards
- Experience using digital platforms to facilitate complex, cross-functional workflow solutions that support specific teams while maintaining broader connectivity
- Familiarity with standard marketing organizational structure and execution models a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional certifications in project management or platform administration are a plus
