IDR is seeking a Account Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role is integral to supporting the client’s alternative channel business development team by providing operational, analytical, and relationship-management support for strategic partners and internal stakeholders. The role involves ensuring successful execution of channel programs, partner onboarding, reporting, and day-to-day business development activities.
Position Overview for the Account Coordinator:
- Support the Alternative Channel Business Development team with operational, analytical, and relationship management functions.
- Serve as the primary coordination point for assigned alternative channel partners, including onboarding, updates, and inquiry support.
- Maintain and update partnership calendars, meeting schedules, project trackers, and communication logs.
- Assist with planning and executing partner engagement activities, business reviews, and milestone meetings.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and prepare dashboards or scorecards to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements for the Account Coordinator:
- 2+ years of experience in account coordination, channel operations, business development support, or partner management, preferably in energy, technology, telecom, or B2B services.
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and marketing communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and create clear, concise reports or dashboards.
