IDR is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This organization is an industry leader in the non-profit space (household name). The role involves managing and supporting multiple Salesforce applications with an emphasis on security and user management.
Position Overview for the Salesforce Administrator:
- Provide administration support across various Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Focus on implementing and managing the Salesforce Security Center and Event Monitoring applications to enhance organizational security posture.
- Manage identity and access via integration with Okta, ensuring secure authentication and user provisioning.
- Customize and build Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards, and support integration with external platforms.
- Maintain data quality through audits, deduplication, security reviews, and manage user profiles, licenses, and permissions.
Requirements for the Salesforce Administrator:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience across multiple Salesforce products.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Security Center, Event Monitoring, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with Okta for Identity & Access Management.
- Ability to support system testing, deployment, and documentation in accordance with governance policies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve end-user issues and provide ongoing support via Jira.
