This role is pivotal in overseeing the planning and coordination of technical infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless decommissioning and installation processes. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Program Manager:
• Lead and manage large-scale, multi-phased projects over a multi-year contract, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of project managers and onsite technicians, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Utilize designated tools to track project performance, manage budgets, and monitor resource allocation.
• Delegate tasks effectively to team leads and project managers, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.
• Address and resolve escalations, maintaining clear communication with our client's counterparts.
Required Skills for Program Manager:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, ideally within a large organization.
• Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects, including decommissioning and installation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
• PMP certification is highly desirable. • Willingness to work onsite in New York City 95% of the time.
