IDR is seeking a Program Manager to join one of our top clients in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in overseeing the planning and coordination of technical infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless decommissioning and installation processes. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Program Manager:

• Lead and manage large-scale, multi-phased projects over a multi-year contract, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

• Oversee and coordinate the work of project managers and onsite technicians, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Utilize designated tools to track project performance, manage budgets, and monitor resource allocation.

• Delegate tasks effectively to team leads and project managers, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.

• Address and resolve escalations, maintaining clear communication with our client's counterparts.

Required Skills for Program Manager:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager, ideally within a large organization.

• Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects, including decommissioning and installation.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.

• PMP certification is highly desirable. • Willingness to work onsite in New York City 95% of the time.
