Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Endpoint Coordinator to join our IT support team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent service and technical coordination. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring endpoint hardware and software solutions are aligned with user needs and organizational standards. fully onsite contract in Rochester, MN
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate user requests to match needs with appropriate IT solutions (hardware/software).

Coordinate the fulfillment of endpoint devices such as PCs, Macs, printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.

Provide basic troubleshooting and problem-solving support for endpoint systems.

Maintain documentation, ticketing, and tracking systems related to endpoint operations.

Manage order workflows and ensure timely delivery of IT assets and services.

Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and complete service requests.
-
Support special projects and respond to high-priority IT needs as required.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of computer systems, networking concepts, and related IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience (One of the following):
-
High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service

Associate’s Degree with 2+ years in a similar role
-
Bachelor’s Degree with strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of computer-related terminology (e.g., CPU, LAN/WAN, networking, client/server)

Proven troubleshooting and technical problem-solving ability
-
Experience with ticket tracking software (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
-
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems and devices
-
Experience managing IT asset inventories and documentation tools

Compensation Details: $22-23/hr
