Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to act as a key technical and business partner in delivering technology solutions for internal teams and external stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Strategic Business Partners, Technical Architects, and cross-functional teams to define, implement, and manage scalable business solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and project management standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary ITS lead responsible for delivering business solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Partner with internal and external technology experts to design, implement, and integrate systems, products, and web services.

Lead the development and documentation of business requirements, use cases, and solution designs.

Support architectural and enterprise standards, ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy.

Estimate project timelines, resource needs, and cost impacts for new initiatives.

Drive strategic planning and coordination of program management activities within the PMO.

Manage vendor relationships and internal partnerships to deliver integrated, cost-effective solutions.

Provide technical guidance and leadership in solution design and implementation.

Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to strategic IT roadmaps.

Lead ROI analysis for technology investments and track performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
-
4–5+ years of experience as a Business Architect or Business Solutions Architect in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.

Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation (use cases, workflows, user stories, technical specs).

Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and the full SDLC.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience supporting project planning, scoping, budgeting, and execution in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Skills:
-
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.

Experience working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
-
Prior work with vendor solutions, custom application development, and systems integration.
