Job Overview:

IDR is seeking a PTC Change Analyst to join one of our industry-leading clients in Fort Worth, TX. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a sharp, organized professional with a strong interest in technology and IT processes. The ideal candidate will help manage and support the client’s Change Management lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process change requests using the BMC Remedy ITSM platform in alignment with the client’s Change Management procedures.

• Maintain and update Change Management templates and manage system user access.

• Provide first-level support for general Change Management questions and tool usage.

• Prepare and distribute weekly change communications to internal stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the client’s teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of IT systems (applications, databases, telecommunications).

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and ITIL concepts.

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with ITIL-based Change Management processes.

• Hands-on experience with tools like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.

• Reporting and analysis skills using Tableau, SAP Business Objects, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of CMDBs and configuration item relationships.
