IDR is seeking a talented Sr. Staff Accountant to join on of our top client's team in Sandy Springs. If you are an energetic, eager-to-learn professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for finance, we invite you to apply for this position. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Staff Accountant:
- Play a crucial role in the month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and manage journal entries and account reconciliations
- Develop and present financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with various internal departments
Required Skills for Sr. Staff Accountant:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong experience with GP or Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is required
