Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:
– Maintain, update, and review financial and statistical data in our client's accounting and budget applications
– Prepare, review, and validate financial statements and reports including budgets, variances, forecasts, pricing, and other financial data
– Review departmental operating statements on a monthly basis to determine reasons for budget variances
– Assist in the training and education of our client's team on budget application and budgeting process
– Perform an array of budget-related special projects as required
Required Skills for Financial Analyst:
– Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration Business Management
– Minimum of three (3) years of experience in budgeting and/or analytical administrative experience within a hospital setting
– Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; strategic thinking and high attention to detail

Compensation Details: $39 – $42/hr W2
