IDR is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join one of our top clients. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Treasury Analyst:
- Accurately process and account for various financial transactions, including wires, ACH, checks, credit cards, and PayPal.
- Ensure all payments are made timely and with proper approvals.
- Perform daily cash concentration and determine the company’s daily net cash position.
- Collaborate with Regional Controllers, Plant Managers, and Accounting Managers on day-to-day banking activities (e.g., check processing, armored car use, disbursements).
- Confirm and settle foreign exchange and interest rate trades (spot and forward).
- Independently or collaboratively standardize processes related to cash flow and control compliance.
- Maintain and order merchant processing numbers for credit card receipts.
- Audit and manage check signers and ensure proper ordering of checks and deposit slips.
Required Skills for Treasury Analyst:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of related Treasury experience.
- Strong understanding of Treasury concepts and operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform financial calculations, analyze percentages and ratios, and interpret graphs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple moderately complex tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with broader team goals.
