Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Project Manager – NPD:

  • Manage the full project management cycle, including project planning, progress tracking, team coordination, task assignment, budget management, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and quality control
  • Oversee projects focused on complex manufactured products within a manufacturing environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

Required Skills for the Project Manager – NPD:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven Project Management experience
  • Strong experience in managing projects within the manufacturing industry, particularly those focused on complex products
  • Excellent team coordination and task management skills
  • Proficient in budget management, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and quality control
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
