Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Practice Manager:

  • Oversee large IT infrastructure projects, with a focus on datacenters and network hardware
  • Manage up to 20 teams, ensuring efficiency, delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, including both internal/external stakeholders
  • Provide strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Track and report on project progress to internal governance teams

Required Skills for the Practice Manager:

  • 5+ years of large IT program management experience (10+ years of IT project management experience)
  • Proven track record in managing large IT infrastructure projects, particularly involving datacenters or network hardware
  • Strong experience in service delivery, professional services, assurance, governance, customer satisfaction, people management, and financial management
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Prior PMO experience is highly desirable
  • PMP certification is a plus
