IDR is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join one of our top clients in Auburn, MA. Position Responsibilities:

• Administering multiple HR systems and maintaining accurate employee information for record keeping, database management, and payroll activity
• Collaborating with the HRIS team and other HR team members
• Ensuring strict confidentiality at all times
• Navigating through both automated and manual work processes across HR functions and with other departments
• Learning and navigating new systems as required

Position Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (2+ years minimum)
• 2+ years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and KRONOS/Dimensions Timekeeping
• System transition implementation experience preferred
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task efficiently with exceptional attention to detail
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels across the organization
