Senior Linux Engineer
IDR’s client is seeking a Senior Linux Engineer to join its team!
Responsibilities of the Linux Engineer include:
- Supporting and implementing relevant technologies to facilitate management of installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems
- Extensive scripting and OS architecture work
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years Red Hat Linux experience
- Strong scripting experience in one or more of the following – Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby
- Experience creating and deploying kickstart installations of RHEL
- Experience working with Oracle databases
- Experience with Puppet or similar tools
- Experience with Zabbix or Nagios
