IDR is seeking a Regional Director, PMO & Professional Services Delivery to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this leadership role, you will drive successful delivery of IT infrastructure programs and professional services engagements across a growing region. You’ll partner closely with sales and delivery leadership to ensure strong governance, customer satisfaction, and scalable operational performance within a technology services environment.
Position Overview for the Regional Director, PMO & Professional Services Delivery:
- Lead a regional PMO organization overseeing project, program, and portfolio delivery across complex customer engagements
- Manage and develop people leaders, establishing clear performance expectations and delivery standards across distributed teams
- Own financial performance for delivery (budgets, forecasting, margins, resource planning, and profitability)
- Serve as an escalation point for delivery risk and customer concerns, maintaining executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in PMO governance, delivery methodology, and operational scalability
Requirements for the Regional Director, PMO & Professional Services Delivery:
- Extensive experience leading a PMO and/or Professional Services delivery organization within IT services, infrastructure, or systems integration
- Proven track record overseeing large-scale customer-facing technology projects, programs, and portfolios
- Demonstrated experience managing managers and leading geographically distributed teams
- Strong financial acumen, including ownership of project budgets, forecasting, margins, and commercial performance
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to manage escalations and collaborate across sales and technical delivery teams
