IDR is seeking a Product Owner – ServiceNow Platform to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and agile delivery teams to maximize value delivered across an enterprise ServiceNow platform. You’ll help define priorities, maintain and refine backlogs, and ensure solutions align to business objectives within a large, highly regulated organization.
Position Overview for the Product Owner – ServiceNow Platform:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify priorities and outcomes
- Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring work is sequenced by business value and platform needs
- Participate in core agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, release planning) to drive delivery alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, business analysts, architects, developers, and testers
- Support multiple ServiceNow product areas and platform initiatives (enhancements, asset management, CMDB, security operations, HR service delivery, and more)
Requirements for the Product Owner – ServiceNow Platform:
- 7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or agile delivery
- Proven experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable delivery work
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills (workshops, refinement sessions, sprint reviews)
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform and/or supporting ServiceNow product areas such as ITSM, SPM, SAM/HAM, CMDB, SecOps, HRSD, or IRM

Compensation Details: $62.5/hr
