IDR is seeking a OneStream Solutions Consultant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. In this role, you will partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and support an enterprise OneStream EPM solution across consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting. This is a high-impact opportunity within a large, complex organization in the energy/utility industry focused on driving scalable financial processes and data-driven decision making.
Position Overview for the OneStream Solutions Consultant:
- Lead requirements gathering with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Reporting teams to define OneStream solutions and deliverables
- Configure OneStream workflows, security, and governance to support close, planning, and reporting cycles
- Build and support data management processes including data quality rules, transformations, and integrations
- Develop user-facing components such as Cube Views, dashboards, and reporting/drill-back capabilities
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements for the OneStream Solutions Consultant:
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting OneStream (administration, workflow configuration, reporting, and business rules)
- Strong functional knowledge of financial consolidation, FP&A, budgeting/forecasting, and management reporting processes
- Experience designing and supporting integrations and data pipelines (e.g., ERP systems, data warehouses, flat files, APIs/OData)
- Working knowledge of technical development concepts relevant to OneStream (e.g., SQL and business rules / scripting)
- Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive testing and deployment activities in enterprise environments
