IDR is seeking a Sr HR Integrations Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll serve as a senior, hands-on integration engineer focused on designing, building, and troubleshooting API-driven integrations with Workday as the system of record. You’ll partner with technical teams to deliver secure, reliable, and observable integrations for a large, enterprise environment in the professional services industry.

Position Overview for the Sr HR Integrations Analyst:

  • Design and implement integrations leveraging Workday REST and SOAP APIs, aligned to Workday data model and business process behavior
  • Build and troubleshoot API requests/responses, including XML payload construction, error handling, and authentication/security patterns
  • Ensure integrations follow strong engineering practices (validation before write-back, deterministic execution, retries, logging, and auditability)
  • Diagnose issues across systems by analyzing raw request/response data and Workday configuration/state
  • Collaborate with teams using orchestration/automation tooling (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate and related workflow platforms)

Requirements for the Sr HR Integrations Analyst:

  • 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience
  • Strong expertise with Workday SOAP APIs (Web Services) and Workday REST APIs
  • Demonstrated ability to manually construct and debug API requests/responses (not solely relying on abstraction tools)
  • Strong knowledge of XML structure, namespaces, and schema validation
  • Experience with integration security and connectivity patterns (e.g., integration security concepts, authentication, and secure API access)

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!
  • Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization.

Why IDR?

  • 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets
