IDR is seeking a Oracle RMCS Solution Design Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the design and implementation of scalable Oracle Cloud revenue management solutions within a dynamic industry setting. The position requires deep expertise in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud (RMCS) and collaborative leadership to guide offshore teams and engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Position Overview for the Oracle RMCS Solution Design Lead:

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud revenue management solutions.
Serve as the RMCS subject matter expert, guiding solution configuration and demos.
Work directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
Collaborate with upstream systems such as Order Management, Subscription Management, and Salesforce.
Support offshore teams by providing technical and functional leadership.

Requirements for the Oracle RMCS Solution Design Lead:

Deep functional expertise in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud (RMCS), including solution design, configuration, and implementation.
Strong understanding of revenue processes and upstream transaction flow.
Experience with Oracle Order Management & Subscription Management and their integration with RMCS.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration and how subscription contracts feed into RMCS.
Ability to translate business needs into comprehensive Oracle Cloud solutions.
