IDR is seeking several Senior Financial Analysts to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Tennessee. This role focuses on developing financial models, analyzing business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making within a dynamic retail environment.
Position Overview for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Responsible for owning forecasting processes and delivering actionable insights that influence business decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments to analyze P&L drivers, costs, and operational efficiencies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidations to drive business performance.
- Communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Play a key role in enhancing financial reporting and analytical tools to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- 4+ years of relevant finance or retail experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to own forecasting and analyze P&L drivers.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven history of effective business partnering.
