IDR is seeking a Java Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves developing and supporting enterprise reporting and data integration applications within a fast-paced environment, requiring a strong focus on technical guidance and collaboration.

Position Overview for the Java Developer: Seeking a Java Developer with 3–5 years of experience to develop and support enterprise reporting and data integration applications using Java and Spring Boot. This role is suited for a strong developer with experience providing technical guidance to teammates. The developer will remain actively involved in coding while supporting technical design, backlog refinement, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.

Requirements for the Java Developer:

• 3–5 years of software development experience, including hands-on enterprise application development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular, REST APIs, SQL, and PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• Experience providing technical guidance through code reviews, mentoring, or coordinating development tasks.
• Experience contributing to technical design, backlog refinement, unit testing, and deployment support.
• Working knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data-quality practices.
