IDR is seeking a PTC Windchill Developer to join one of our top clients in a remote role with up to 50% required travel. This role involves supporting Java-based customization, configuration, integration, data migration, upgrades, and administration of Windchill environments in a dynamic and innovative industry. The position offers the chance to work on complex PLM solutions within a collaborative team environment.
Position Overview for the PTC Windchill Developer:
- Support Windchill 14/2027 upgrade efforts, including deployment of MPMLink and Process Plans.
- Develop Java-based customizations and configure PTC Windchill environments.
- Support Windchill implementations and data migrations, including PTC Creo CAD data.
- Develop PLM interfaces with SAP S/4, Apriso MES, and manage enterprise-level part library integrations.
- Perform Windchill system administration tasks, including module installation and upgrade activities.
Requirements for the PTC Windchill Developer:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill development, configuration, and data migration.
- Java / J2EE development within Windchill, along with JavaScript and XML skills.
- Experience with Windchill 13.x / 14.x configuration: workflows, change management, Process Plans, BOMs.
- Proven success in 3+ end-to-end Windchill implementation and data migration projects.
- Ability to support technical environment activities across development, QA, and production systems.
